  • This was our second time in the last four years that we used Martin to inspect a home before purchasing. As always he is extremely thorough and professional. His level of expertise is incredible and his reports are always timely and to the point. A detailed invoice was available immediately after inspection and the payment was easy. I also just have to point out his fast response time- we called his business line on a Sunday expecting to leave a message and he answered right away! Highly recommend using Martin and his team.

  • Choose Martin. Not only is he thorough with the home inspection, but he takes detailed pictures of any marks and sends it to you later to refer back on. This was so helpful in getting quotes for new furnaces, AC, windows, etc. In addition, he really went above and beyond for us as the day before we closed on our new home, the sellers found some water in the basement. This was extremely nerve wracking not knowing where the water came from or what we were potentially closing in on. As a last ditch effort I texted him and he met us over at he new house within an hour and walked through where the water came in from recent rain and what we needed to do to the landscaping to avoid it in the future. His confidence gave us confidence! He's thorough, honest, and realistic making sure to not downplay significant items, but also not make a mountain out a molehill. His pricing is comparable to others, but his value far exceeds.

  • wow. first off Martin with Brisneo Inspections was 75$ cheaper for a pkg of 3 inspections (radon, sewer line & home) than others that did that grouping, but I never go by price alone. I ALWAYS first read reviews, then I like to talk to a real person on the phone and then I chk price & decide (usually 2-3 places before deciding imp things). After research, it was obvious this was the company to go with and I wasn't wrong. He was great on the phone for ten minutes, he had the best price and he had great reviews from plenty of people. Also I usually look for not too 'corporate' a company (meaning massive)...but not the opposite either (someone with not enough reviews). I found out as a bonus that Martin has a construction background; which if you ask me is a huge bonus for doing inspections. We were buying this house sight unseen from Florida for a closing to occur soon when we arrived for the new job, so I asked Martin to please bear that in mind, that we were really depending on this inspection for eyes on the ground knowledge. He was very gracious at listening and caring about that. He was also...on time:) and reliable throughout. got inspection the same evening, radon results shortly thereafter. Thanks Martin!

  • Used Martin for a house inspection in Erie. He was very knowledgeable, personable, and professional. What really meant a lot to us though was that he didn't rush the inspection at all - he was super thorough and took the time to explain everything he was doing, answer all the questions we had - even when our questioning delayed him from moving on. Our inspection went on for the better part of 4 hours even though we were scheduled for 3 because he took the time to explain, give advice, and check everything in detail. But then, somehow, he STILL had the report for us the same day and it was very detailed and thorough as well. Another great reason to use Martin is that he offers a sewer-scoping service that he does himself during the inspection which is a lot cheaper and more convenient than scheduling a separate scoping service. Ditto with Radon testing. Thanks Martin!

Martin was the first of 3 to return my phone call and explained the process very thoroughly. After the inspection, we were given a detailed report along with photos.
